This applet demonstrates Bin Packing. It moves values between the various columns (Bins) in an
effort to make the total for each column roughly equal. Just Press Go to load and solve the default set.
Press Random, enter a Number of Bins and Quantity and press Go to get and solve a random set.
After BinPacking is complete, press the "Write Results" button to see the entire set in a new window.
